Osha. Like many militant princes spent most of his time practicing swordship. He spend hours on hours day dreaming and slaughtering his most intelligent of foes. God often grants us hard foes to make peace with- but to make peace means to put yourself in the perspective of another man.

Osha was like no other man, he felt his life journey was to fend for his people and his people were experiencing a pandemic like no other. Firewater demons crossed his village making the most responsible of men cripple with mental defeat and with no remorse for their deviant actions. Ravishing sex and impulsivity despite having loyalties to their wives and children- Osha new that this demon had to be stopped.

He first decided the best for his people was to embrace the sexuality of his kind. It was encouraged to romance in public with one’s wife ( or husband) and to seek the knowledge of each others desires. This definitely made the life in the village of much fun among serious or casual couples and Osha felt a huge amount of progress upon the arrival of spring.

One day when buying bread and conversations among villagers something new caught Osha’s eye.

There was, as Osha a cis heterosexual, a gorgeous creature with hair flowing past her ears in the wind. She glanced at him as he chose his bread for the week and she winked when he accidentally brushed her hand for some other tangible. He was seduced, and even a man with the heaviest of armer could not slow to catch a glimpse of this delicious being that Osha so badly wanted to press his lips upon.

“Mucho gusto”

She had knocked and acknowledged him. And he knew now he had to make a move.

“Good day Goddess”

The woman stopped shopping and looked straight in his direction.

“Goddess?!”

That is where the admiration started to follow, and as much subtle hint Osha tried to portray, she knew his intent and laughed as he mentally took note the land mark she describes to have him meet her in the next few sun downs.

“My Prince, at sundown in the tenth day I will be free, there we can walk the village together or look for some tea to drink under a beautiful tree”.

Osha watched her leave but anxiously wished she would return to press her beauty upon him, with pure appreciation of the Prince he knew that he could show her he could be.

But inside also he felt strange… not a good strange, but a causation, that he knew that a challenge might perhaps be lurking around the corner.

On the tenth day he met his goddess and everything went well. They laughed, sang, danced and when the moon started to get bigger and higher in the sky he knew that he had to retire.

When building the courage to get close to this being he so badly wanted all for his own, he leaned in toward her lips.

Excited as any men could be, something stopped him. Her breath, is had Firewater.

Fear.

Intense fear.

“My Goddess… what… have you been ingesting in this hour?”

And with no hesitation or remorse for the speech he had made ten sun sets ago for the pandemic on Firewater and the village people the goddess turned from admirable to paralyzingly fearful. She had him at the throat.

“Prince, you don’t understand”

“Please tell me Princess!”

The Prince is a smart man and knew if he didn’t at least give her a time to speak in the influence of the Firewater demon, that he in fact would be counting his last minutes.

“We need it, to stay young and beautiful and lively. Some of us are so possessed we can’t go a day without it or we will die.”

The Prince was shocked. He ingested all that this being was saying- that some villagers had been ingesting Firewater for years and now in fact their bodies can’t go about it- this was hard for Osha to hear because he knew now that he couldn’t just kill the demons. If he did this he would kill off his people and so now he needed to be braver than ever before. Acknowledging that in fact, as physically strong and heroic as he was this demon was going to take more than that to taste defeat.

“Habibi”

He blessed the gods, but at this point as a man he had to walk away- not to reflect or to do harm as he strategized his next move.
